【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesthehigh-altitudeelectromagneticpulse(HEMP)conductedenvironmentthatisoneoftheconsequencesofahigh-altitudenuclearexplosion.Thosedealingwiththissubjectconsidertwocases:-high-altitudenuclearexplosions;-low-altitudenuclearexplosions.Forcivilsystemsthemostimportantcaseisthehigh-altitudenuclearexplosion.Inthiscase,theothereffectsofthenuclearexplosion:blast,groundshock,thermalandnuclearionizingradiationarenotpresentatthegroundlevel.However,theelectromagneticpulseassociatedwiththeexplosionmaycausedisruptionof,anddamageto,communication,electronicandelectricpowersystemstherebyupsettingthestabilityofmodernsociety.TheobjectofthisstandardistoestablishacommonreferencefortheconductedHEMPenvironmentinordertoselectrealisticstressestoapplytovictimequipmentforevaluatingtheirperformance.
