【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesreasonablyaccurateinformationwithregardtothedeterminationofthesecuringorlockingeffectofadhesivesusedinthreadedfasteners.Thistestmethodmayalsobeusedtodeterminethedegreeofcureandtheeffectofenvironmentontorquestrength.Theaccuracyofthetestresultsdependstoalargedegreeonthethreadclearanceofthetestfastenersandtheinclusionofairbubblesinthebondline.Datageneratedbythistestmethodshouldbesafety-factoredaccordinglyifusedasqualityassuranceacceptanceorrejection.1.1Thistestmethodisusedtomakecomparativeassessmentsofthesecuringorlockingeffectofadhesivesusedinthreadedassemblies.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestopostinsulatorsandpostinsulatorunitsofceramicmaterialorglassintendedforindoororoutdoorservice,andtopostinsulatorsoforganicmaterialintendedforindoorserviceinelectricalinstallationsorequipmentoperatingonalternatingcurrentsystemswithanominalvoltagegreaterthan1000Vandafrequencynotgreaterthan100Hz.Itmayalsoberegardedasaprovisionalstandardforinsulatorsforuseondirectcurrentsystems.Theinsulatorscoveredbythisstandardareprimarilyintendedforuseinisolators(disconnectors)orasbus-barorfusesupports.Thisstandardcoversfivetypesofpostinsulators:a)indoorpostinsulatorsofceramicmaterialorglassandwithinternalmetalfittings;b)indoorpostinsulatorsoforganicmaterialandwithinternalmetalfittings;c)outdoorcylindricalpostinsulatorsofceramicmaterialorglassandwithinternalmetalfittings;d)outdoorcylindricalpostinsulatorsofceramicmaterialorglassandwithexternalmetalfittings;e)outdoorpedestalpostinsulatorsofceramicmaterialorglass.Theterm"cylindricalinsulators"isintendedtocoverinsulatorsofthetruncatedconicalformalso.Thefivetypesofinsulatorsaredistinguishedbytheirelectrical,mechanicalanddimensionalcharacteristics.Figures1,2,3,4and5illustratetypicalexamplesofeachtypeofinsulator.Thesedrawingsareonlygeneralillustrationsandothershapesandconstructionsarepermitted.
